Crossroads Race Team: North Carolina April 15th, 2011
http://crossroadsraceteam.blogspot.com/2011/05/north-carolina-april-15th-2011.html
Sunday, May 22, 2011. North Carolina April 15th, 2011. We were unable to race opening night but we chose to go and support our fellow drivers. As you can see, although we were missing our car it didn't stop us from working hard. I think the guys worked harder then if we would of had our own car with us. We enjoyed reconnecting with our fellow drivers. Thank you for being servants for Christ. Posted by Madison Crossroads. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Crossroads Young Adult Ministry.

Crossroads Mens Ministry: Atlanta Falcons Joe Zelenka 2011
http://crossroadsmensministry.blogspot.com/2011/04/atlanta-falcons-joe-zelenka-2011.html
Saturday, April 30, 2011. Atlanta Falcons Joe Zelenka 2011. In April, we invited Joe Zelenka from the Atlanta Falcons to speak to our men's group. To date, Joe is the long snapper for the Falcons and has played in the NFL for 13 years for four different teams. While many of us could only dream about playing a sport we played in high school at the pro level, we were amazed at Joe's endurance in the contact sport of football. Posted by Madison Crossroads. Crossroads Mens Ministry: Man Code and Athletes in Action 2011
http://crossroadsmensministry.blogspot.com/2011/02/man-code-and-athletes-in-action-2011.html
Friday, February 25, 2011. Man Code and Athletes in Action 2011. The men's group studied the book "Man Code" by Dr. Dennis Swanberg. The book challenged the men with the numbers 1, 3, 12, 120 and 3,000. The significance of the numbers relates to your relationship with God, with other men, and with your community. The study culminated with our guest speaker, Tom Petersburg from Athletes in Action. Tom has ministered to the Cleveland Browns players for nearly thirty years. Posted by Madison Crossroads.

Crossroads Mens Ministry: January 2011

Monday, January 31, 2011. Wild Game Dinner 2011. Our 7th Annual Men's Wild Game Dinner was held in January. It featured two unique speakers. While one dazzled us with the wiles of the coyote, the other talked about harvesting his trophy buck. Almost two hundred men gathered to feast on such wild game as venison, turtle soup, goose smokies and such. For 2012 we have scheduled a great hunter, speaker, and writer Steve Chapman. Crossroads Mens Ministry: July 2011
http://crossroadsmensministry.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 29, 2011. On July 25, our Men's Night Out took us to see a Lake County Captains game against the Cedar Rapids Kernels. We enjoyed the fellowship of the men from the church and several invited guests. Our group was recognized on the score board. We also enjoyed the food: it was $1.00 night at the park - hot dogs, chips, fries, sodas, all for $1.00 each. And of course men do what men do best, eat. Have you had a close call at the plate in your life? Who is that man behind those glasses? So twe...

Crossroads Womens Ministry: God's Dreams
http://crossroadswomansministry.blogspot.com/2012/04/gods-dreams.html
Friday, April 6, 2012. What has God planned for you? His dreams for your life are so much bigger than you can imagine. Draw close to Him and get a glimpse of what He plans to do through you. Let Him make beauty from ashes or in my case, confidence from self-doubt. I Cor 2:9- "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.". Posted by Katrina Sellers.
