Now Entering Crow Country. Monday, March 5, 2012. Alternative to water flavors. I love Propel and Crystal Light. I'm not a huge fan of plain water. Even on sale they are so expensive. I found a great, tasty, inexpensive alternative. Additional unsweetened frozen fruit. It cools it like ice. Add your favorite sweeteners if desired. Or squeeze most of the juice from a mandarin orange and drop it into your water bottle. . Yummy water and fruit to snack on later. Sunday, March 4, 2012. Other Sites I Like.

What I already had, small amounts:. Cheddar cheese (2 slices made 6 muffins, good sharp cheese) .66 total. About $1.13 per muffin.
