1/2 of pound of any pasta. 2 tablespoons of mayo. 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt. 1 Cook pasta (as said on the box). When done cool in cold water, drain and place into large bowl. 2 Cut tomatoes, cucumber and green pepper and cheese sticks into small pieces. Place into bowl with pasta. 3 Add salt, pepper to taste. Put egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract into blender and blend for 10 minutes until it becomes a foam. 8 hard boiled eggs. 8 oz of mayo or miracle whip. 1/2 stick of butter (4 tablespoons). 1/2 of onion (or one small one). Salt, pepper to taste. 1 Chop onion and hard boiled eggs into fine pieces. 2 Place chopped onion, eggs into bowl, mix with mayo and butter. 3 Add salt and pepper to taste. Green or white peppers. Kielbasa or any other sausage. Block of any hard cheese. 1 Cut off top of peppers and clean them. Place them on a plate and put them in microwave for 5 minutes - they will get softer. 2 Cut sausage and cheese into small pieces and start stuffing peppers. Ingredients (for 10 crepes). 2 cups of flour. 2 cups of milk. 4 tablespoon of sugar. 1 Whisk flour, milk and sugar together until nice and smooth texture. 2 Preheat pan (medium heat) and start making crepes. Under each crepe (big spoon of dough) put 4 tablespoons of oil. 3 Each crepe must be golden brown from both sides. Serve with jam, fruit, chocolate, peanut butter or whip cream, and milk. Creamy chicken/ Kure na smetane. 6 - 10 pieces of chicken breast slightly tenderized (half inch thick). 16 oz of heavy whipping cream. Put chicken on a cookie sheet (baking pan), salt to taste and cover with heavy cream. Bake for 30 minutes on 450 Degrees Fahrenheit. Serve with rice or potatoes. Very easy and delicious recipe. Marokanky / Cranberry Nut Cookies! 250 ml/1 cup of milk. 1 cup of sugar. 2 cups of crushed nuts (small pieces). 1 and 1/2 cups of dried cranberries or raisins. 3/4 of cup of unsalted butter. 1 and 1/2 cups of flour. 1 Place milk, sugar, nuts, cranberries (raisins) and butter into big pot. Heat up on low heat (until butter is melted). 2 Take off the heat and mix with flour. 3 Using two spoons make little balls and place them on greased cookie sheet (or on cookie sheet covered by wax paper).
