The recipes of a baking girl. Monday, 23 July 2012. I know I have only recently done this recipe but these cakes have a swirled chocolate icing and red white and blue sprinkles, so I thought it might be a bit different! Feel free to just experiment with the icing as this is what I did! Some cakes were classed as 'testers' as they didn't turn out so well. Even though I have used this recipe many times, it's a really good one for people who only have the basic ingredients. For this recipe you will need cocoa powder too. The filling is a (shop bought) chocolate fudge and seen as its fruit picking season, we made some raspberry jam to go with it! Tuesday, 24 July 2012. The recipes of a baking girl. Sunday, 29 April 2012. These are my freshly baked choc chip muffins. They were simple enough to make plus they taste very yummy indeed! The ingredients are; 1 cup of butter, 1 and a half cups of self- raising flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 3 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 50g of choc chips, half a cup of milk. Add milk, flour, vanilla, and choc chips, and stir to combine. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes until light and creamy. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

You will need: cocoa powder, milk, a mug, a teaspoon, and sugar (optional). Firstly you will need to put 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder into a mug.
