We celebrated with some friends last Sunday evening and of course I had to make him something super fun. When he was in high school he played golf and worked at a golf course so I thought what better than to make him a golf course out of cupcakes? I'd seen a really cute picture of one and I think mine turned out quite well.

Monday, April 25, 2011. Continuing with the cookies and cream theme I've made a cookies and cream cupcake. It is covered in a chocolate frosting. The grass is vanilla buttercream. The eggs are mini eggs and the sunflowers, Oreo's! Posted by Cupcakes: All In The Mix. I found this technique quite fun even though it was tedious. Monday, August 15, 2011. These sweet cupcakes were for a dear friend who had a garden/retirement party at her house. It was a blast getting creative with the display here and actually being able to stay and watch people's reactions as well as enjoy them.. These are chocolate with vanilla buttercream. The wrappers say It's Your Day:. These were a vanilla cake with raspberry filling topped with vanilla buttercream:. And here we have a lemon cupcake with a lemon cream cheese icing:. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. I Love Cake Pops! So cake pops might just be one of my favorite things to make. They are cute, yummy, and super convenient to eat. Here are some of the experiments from that super cute book I mentioned earlier. Just in case you are curious it is Bakerella's Cake Pops book. It's wonderful! Monday, January 28, 2013. One Month and 29 Years! Last Friday Luke turned one month old! I think the hospital made us paranoid about making sure he was eating every 2-3 hours since they would come in and make sure you were not going to long between feedings. Andy has been great in basically taking over when he gets home from work and even getting up for the first feeding on the weekends. He is such an awesome dad. Luke and I are so very blessed!
