Capturing the little blessings in our everyday life! Friday, March 21, 2014. Warning: This is one of those "TMI" posts. Nearly two weeks ago Joseph decided that he was officially a "Big Boy" and he gave up his pull-ups in exchange for pooping on the potty. This has been a long, long, long, long {did I say LONG? Joseph also made a few phone calls to a few special people letting them know that he "pooped on the potty! He was so proud of himself! Way to go Joseph and so long pull-ups!

Capturing the little blessings in our everyday life! My husband, Matt and I were high school sweethearts. We were married in the summer of 2002 in a quaint little church. Our family first began to grow when we adopted our cat, Pumpkin. In the years to follow, we added two beautiful golden retrievers, Asher and Anna. And then ten laying chickens {what were we thinking? While we were told of a few potential birth mother situations that we were being considered for none of them came to pass.

This Mother's prayer is that her little guy will always have a heart for the lost and that he would not stray from the Lord, but if he does, that he will remember how much Jesus loves him and return knowing the joy that it will bring to the Lord {and to those who love him so}!
