The Curtis Oaks Project is a retail space development in the unique neighborhood of Curtis Oaks. Located within the small strip of Curtis Park east of Franklin Blvd, west of highway 99, midway between Twelfth Avenue and Broadway. Historically the area was considered to be part of Oak Park until highway 99 was developed.
