What do we Do? The group was initially founded by a group of concerned citizens around the Council, and is now established as an independent voluntary sector organisation and is open to new members:. This page will be used to highlight issues and problems in the park, as well as successful collaborative work with the Council Parks Department. Parks can be at the very heart of community strategies and make a significant contribution to crime reduction and the promotion of healthy living.

History and more about the Park. Cutteslowe and Sunnymead Park is a public park in the north of Oxford, England, established with the purchase by Oxford City Council in 1935 of farmland belonging to the old Cutteslowe Manor farm, which house still stands at its centre. Further land was acquired in 1937. Sunnymead park is the section of the land that was separated off by the building of Oxford"s northern bypass road in the 1930s, and has its own identity and attractions. FCSP 2007-16 About the site.

Welcome to Cutteslowe Allotment Association. Are a small, friendly Allotment Association based on the edge of Cutteslowe Park. We have some 35 allotments and 58 members. The plots vary in size from smaller, half plots to larger full plots. We work closely with the local community and both our Community Centre and Cutteslowe School have allotments on the site. We have a mix of experienced vegetable growers and many members who have recently joined in the fun that can be had growing (and eating!
