Friday, June 27, 2014. This year has flown by SO fast! I have been busy which has caused me to fall behind on my monthly date post! So, it's time to get caught up on things. Here we go! Most people know that Cyle and I are big foodies! So, we used our date night money to eat at Chef John Besh's restaurant, Luke. He has been on Bravo's Top Chef and Top Chef Masters. Sunday, March 2, 2014. I gave Cyle a year of dates planned and paid for as part of his Christmas gift. January was such a busy month with traveling for a wedding, going back to work, Mom's birthday, Cyle traveling for work, and a weekend out at the property. We decided to hold off on our date night, and turned it into a double date with the Luhrs'. We finally got around to January's planned date night (only a month late). Saturday was the perfect day to be outside! Cyle's first time to "golf" in 10 years.

Sunday, February 16, 2014. Last month we were too busy with work and personal trips to find time to do our monthly date. So, February kicks off Cyle's year of dates planned and paid for by me! I'm such a great wife! Here is a picture of the flowers Cyle got me for Valentine's day and his date card. If you have never been to the Drive-In movie theater in Ennis you need to go! The City Museum is hard place to describe. It is a interactive museum for adults and children. A huge playground made up of strange and unusual things! Monday, January 30, 2012. So much has happened since my last update. Elliott was born on December 6, 2011 at 11:14pm after 36 LONG hours of labor. I cannot even begin to describe the love I felt, I was overwhelmed by it all. Alex is an amazing father. I absolutely love watching him interact with Elliott. This Christmas, we got another very special present. My brother and his family were able to come home for Christmas for the first time in nine years! My amazing sister-in-law Shannon and my niece Emily.
