While it might seem strange to link Martin Luther to a dog, Luther had a dog named Tolpel and though the word loosely translates as fool or lunkhead. Chucky was released to foster care when Kapsa was convicted of felony animal abuse. In August and he arrived here at Operation Watch Your Step in September.
