My sister wanted to get away so we (my mom, sister and I) planned a trip to.where else do people like to get away.VEGAS! So, on Saturday, July 11th, we hopped a flight and went to warmer weather. He loves school, and is doing great. He is great at church now, which is a blessing to me. As per request of 3 gorgeous women here is my chicken salad recipe. 1 baked and chopped chicken breast. 15 red grapes halved. 1/2 cup celery chopped. 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds (shelled, you can buy them this way). 2 Tbs Almond butter. 2 tsp apple cider vinegar. 1/2 tsp maple syrup. In bowl combine almond butter, water, vinegar, and syrup. Whisk until combined, set aside. In separate bowl add all ingredients and toss with prepared almond butter mix. Toss together and enjoy.
