DOM Desert Riders: April 2007
http://domdesertriders.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 12, 2007. March and April Rides. Our family missed the official D.O.M. ride for March, and we're not planning on attending the April ride either. Nina's softball games and Laura's team mom responsibilities are taking precedent. The April ride is scheduled for Fri. the 20 th. Through Sun. the 22 nd. And is at my all time favorite location: Charlie's Place. I've written before about this location. For an interesting story. See you in May at the D.O.M. Annual. Links to this post.

Saturday, December 08, 2007. Charlie's Place - Thanksgiving '07 (part two). Laura had her alarm set for 5:00 am Why, you ask? Well the day after Thanksgiving is still a huge shopping day - even if you're in the desert. Laura had her posse of shoppers all set up from the night before. It was the usual crowd: Laura, Cindy N., Diane S., someone else whose name escapes me, and this year, Brady joined them. Anyway, they headed for the Wal-Mart. Meanwhile, I was planning to ride to Randsburg. But on those trip...

Monday, July 28, 2008. 2008 D.O.M. Annual - More Pictures. After Saturday's race events, Nina and Laura were hungry for lunch. Afterall, all that riding makes you hungry. Laura and I wanted to BBQ some hamburgers, but Nina wanted taquitos. Somehow, I ended up feeding more than just my wife and daughter. Two other little ones came along to play with Nina, and stayed for lunch. No worries, there were plenty of hamburgers and taquitos to go around. How to BBQ. L-R are Pablo, Butch and Queen Leslie:.
