Thursday, April 23, 2009;. Typed out on ; 3:02:00 PM. Was really feeling that well these few days. My 4 months fitness programme hasn't stop at all. haha. Did my usual pull-ups everyday morning and afternoon per session. It was kinda mental strength actually. Because few months ago, due to all the SLACKNESS. I couldn't really do much pull-up. I was still wondering why i can't do as i expected and yup. Physically able to do but mentally no. LOL! So i started some warm up as usual. I am back to healthy ME!
