Two of the greatest of these were strong headwinds and subsequent knee problems after pushing so hard for too long. It can be pretty lonely out there in the middle of nowhere in our very long country. Raising funds for Parkinson's UK. I was Born in Tavistock, Devon, UK and currently live in Düdingen, Switzerland with my wife and 2 sons (17 months and 17 years old). My plan is to cycle as much as possible to prepare for this cycle ride, but also to keep a minimal amount of running and swimming training going.
