http://quiltedjonquil.com/2015/06/01/cool-monday-2
Musings on quilting and other things. June 1, 2015. It’s turned a bit cooler and it’s oh, so comfortable. I went to our scrap quilting club sewing day Saturday and had such a good time. I hadn’t been able to make it in awhile and it was good to catch up with everyone. I sewed on my May RSC blocks finishing them up and sewed the second to last round of logs on my log cabin blocks. I have one complete block done and on my design wall 🙂 Click over to Judy’s DWM post. For links to lots of quilty fun. Dar...

Quilted Jonquil | June RSC Blocks

Musings on quilting and other things. June 27, 2015. I’m in under the wire with my finished RSC light blue blocks! These broken dishes are turning out pretty well but I see one of this month’s blocks is a bit on the small side….or maybe one is on the large side. Guess there’ll be some fudging in my future. Musings on quilting and other things. Category Archives: Recycled Clothing Quilts. July 25, 2016. It hit 100 degrees with a heat index of 115! It was a good weekend to stay inside and sew a bit….and sew I did. Here’s my crowded design wall 🙂 I’m linking up with Judy’s DWM post. So hop over and check it out. I’ve been re-arranging the solid colored rectangle samples (top left) trying to find something I really like….this might be it 🙂 Kind of pixelated. How did that happen? Posted in Design Wall Mondays.

Patchwork Times by Judy Laquidara. Sharing the Good Life. Addie’s Pillow Mat. August 11, 2015. Nicole had sent me a picture of a pillow mat that she saw that she liked and I googled it and was going to make one. I knew it wouldn’t be hard to make but all the patterns/instructions I saw had you fold a 60″ piece of fabric so that you were making a “pocket” in the back and then the pillows were inserted through that slit type opening. Nicole thinks she will like sheep so . . sheep it is! So how did you make...

Attic Threads and Quilts. View my complete profile. Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Honor Flight Quilt and Pattern. One of my favorite guys. I love this picture, I think he's keeping an eye out for me. More likely, he's waiting for a morsal to fall. Now I just need to learn how to remove 'green' eye. A couple of weeks ago, my friend Kevin (The Quilter). Came over to use BeBe to quilt an Honors Quilt for an Honor Flight Veteran. After talking to him and my friend Dar ( Dar's Patchwork Garden. Since the square...
