The Life and Times. Tuesday, October 29, 2013. Big Shoes to fill. I can remember as a child (around 8) trying on my Grandma's shoe, and having it fit. (She has teeny tiny feet btw! I remember feeling so grown up. I remember wishing SO BAD for time to speed up so I could grow up faster. I COULDN'T WAIT. Now as an adult I look back and wonder where all the time went. The Life and Times. Monday, November 18, 2013. So as I mentioned before there was a quilt show going on at the hotel. I have recently been getting more and more interested in quilts so I decided it would be fun to attend. The coolest part about this particular show was the fact that they could ONLY use a machine for the piecing. All the quilting had to be by hand. I was blown away by how intricate some of this quilting was! The hand quilting and applique on this was amazing. Naomi loved this one best.

This picture of Kyla and I was up at weeping rock. The snow was melted but there was still Ice from the water dripping off of the rock. I never new there was a face in the rocks at weeping rock until this trip. its actually pretty cool to see.
