Monday, January 18, 2010. Start of my personal cycling training camp. 7 days of activity. Started with 1.5 hour on the trainer yesterday and today got in 3 hours outside. It was a beautiful day in Seattle, 55 degrees. Sunday, January 17, 2010. Night Skiing 1/15/2010 4 hours of craziness. Thursday, January 7, 2010. 2010 is here so. Thats all for now! Sunday, May 31, 2009. Photo is of my new frame. My black addict had a defect and it got warranted and they sent me this 09 R3. I wasn't a fan of white but I'm really digging it now. Monday, September 21, 2009. Gateway has come and gone. How was it? I'm currently taking time off the bike before slowly turning the cranks towards the first race of the 2010 season.
