Friday, 30 August 2013. The one thing that dating Jamaican men has taught me. A response to a discussion about interracial / international dating on Facebook. This post is not purely for entertainment purposes - this is exactly what I believe. The one thing that dating Jamaican men. Has taught me is:. 1 NOTHING that dating men of other races/nationalities hasn't. The simple fact is, some people are selfish, some are stupid, many don't share your values and most will disappoint you. Links to this post.

K-Y Nihon: Casa Vino
http://k-y-nihon.blogspot.com/2010/09/casa-vino.html
Monday, 13 September 2010. I was walking along Route 17 with my fiance looking for a secondhand shop near our place in Toda a few weeks ago when we came across this gem:. Photo courtesy of Colin Barey. As the sign says, it's a karaoke and billiards place and despite my love for singing badly with a group of friends and playing pool, what really drew my attention to Casa Vino was the other text on the sign. Here is how this establishment describes itself:. That's not an adjective! View my complete profile.

K-Y Nihon: September 2009
http://k-y-nihon.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, 13 September 2009. A Way In Japan. Right now, I'm reading V.S. Naipaul's A Way In The World. And it's got me hooked. In this book (well, up until the point I've gotten to so far) he's talking about his journey as a Caribbean writer. This book resonates a lot with my own experience. How can I be prolific without being pretentious? How can I be honest and rational without being abrasive? I've asked myself these questions many times trying to justify my staying here. All I can do is live, is my answ...

It’s not there haven’t been things of interest occurring in my life and the world; it’s just been that I have been a bit lazy and distracted. This post may have already been blogged to death, but here is my 2 cents worth on health care reform. Monday, May 12, 2008. Sick around the world. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Talk Jamaican: February 2008
http://talk-jamaican.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
On life.views from a Jamaican in the Diaspora. Thursday, February 28, 2008. Light Bulbs and Darkness in Jamaica. I am pleased to see the steps being taken by the judicial system to sort out the mess that is the “Cuban Light Bulb Scandal”. It shows that the country is on a new path of accountability, and those who put themselves up to serve the interests of the public must not only enjoy the power of the position but also bear the responsibility.
