Tuesday, April 26, 2011. What a busy weekend! I started with making our friends daughter some "Tangled" cupcakes. Then my Aunt wanted a spongebob cake for her daughter. This was my first character cake and it was so much fun! Then, I made a beautician cake for my sister Heather. I love her so much and hope she had a great day! Thursday, March 31, 2011. Who knew kids loved Coupons? My kids have found their new favorite thing. COUPONS! I think they love them as much as I do. It started out with gathering up all the leftover papers that I cut and having a snowball fight with them. They would wad them up into a ball and we would throw them at each other. Yesterday it changed to burying each other and making paper angels. Why do we even buy toys when leftover paper is so much fun? I LOVE my kids! Can you find my little Callie?

Monday, May 02, 2011. Kolsen's Super Hero Birthday. I can't believe my little guy is 5! He is growing so fast and is such a wonderful kid! He keeps me laughing and on my toes. He wanted to have a super hero party this year, but couldn't decide which hero he wanted. So we did a little of it all. We had family and friends over and had a blast! Makes 6 servings. 186 calories, 9.5g fat, 10g carbs, 15.7g protein. 1 Tab Olive Oil 2 Zucchini, Sliced.

Monday, May 30, 2011. Here we are at one of the biggest nights of the year. Patrick's court of honor! Patrick is the oldest grandchild in our family and the first to receive an Eagle Scout. His final project was to clean up an ederly woman's home. The painted the house, took trailer loads to the dump, and fixed up her yard. Patrick showed great leadership and service with his project. He is a great example to his cousins. He would have been so proud of Patrick. We love you Patrick! Links to this post.
