Hope you enjoy - reading and maybe trying the recipes. So, continuing the sandwich theme here is a recipe for a Reuben sandwich - a classic from New York. 2 slices rye bread or pumpernickel. 2 teaspoons butter, at room temperature. 2 tablespoons Reubens Russian Dressing (see below). 1 quarter cup well drained, fresh-style sauerkraut.
