Thursday, September 13, 2012. 1 piece of salmon (with skin). 1 tsp of butter. 80g of long beans, cut and steamed. 1 tbsp of almond flakes. 1 Season salmon with salt and pepper. 2 Melt butter in heated pan and fry the salmon (skin side) till crispy. Turn to other sides (a few seconds each) till salmon is seen cooked. Transfer salmon to serving plate. 3 Add almond flakes to pan and fry them till golden brown with the butter left in pan. Add in steamed cut long beans and toss well. Now you are ready to serve.

Ou une soirée bercée dans la chaleur moite du Shanghai des année 30, entre club de jazz enfumé et canard laqué. Thème parfait quand on est d'origine chinoise, par contre quand est blanc comme un cul, c'est vraiment une idée de merde! Au final, je me suis retenu un peu, optant pour un style colonial, beaucoup plus classe pour le Hilton, éviter le ridicule c'est une des nouveauté chez moi; je vous jure que ne ferai plus jamais cette erreur.
