The goodbyes have been said, the bags were packed, and the forty hours and fourteen minutes spent in transit are thankfully, blessedly, joyfully over. Goodbye, Korea…ready for take off in Incheon. A song that played in my head on repeat the last few months was Your Love Never Fails. 8220;I know I still make mistakes, but you have new mercies for me every day.” How true that was on service! I am bowled over by such love. I am truly in awe.

Afgelopen zaterdag stapte ik samen met mijn Franse huisgenootje (Thomas) op de trein richting Bath, hij voor een rugby wedstrijd, ik voor musea. Na het uitstappen en het verlaten van het station ontstond er lichte paniek toen ik van de oude plattegrond (meegekregen van mijn gastgezin) niks snapte en ik de musea waar ik heen wilde er niet op zag staan. Dat betekend uiteraard niet dat ik niet kan kaart lezen. Of abdij moet ik dan eigenlijk zeggen). Uitzicht op oostzijde van de kerk. Uitzicht over de stad.
