Pečený čaj - recept. Neděle v 17:29 články. Maliny,ostružiny,jahody,borůvky,hrušky,švestky atd .). 750 g cukru krupice. 1 - 2 lžičky skořice. 2 dcl rumu (ale nemusí být). Do hlubšího pekáče - - nakrájíme ovoce na menší kousky, i oloupaný citron. Přidáme koření. Promícháme. Pečeme na 180 - 200 C cca 30 minut. Po upečení dáme rum, rychle promícháme a plníme do skleniček. Zavíčkujeme a otočíme dnem vzhůru. Čajík je výborný na zimu, má plno vitamínů =).
