We had friends over for dinner last night to celebrate our first year of marriage and we brought back lobsters from Maine. That was before I decided we should have a meatless week. So I made t his quinoa and lentil salad. And brussel sprouts to go with our last meat for the week. Dinner was amazing and I could not believe how great our top tier of the cake tasted 1 year later. Welcome to the Ranch! We are located 70 miles from Oklahoma City in Southwestern Oklahoma. Our kiko goats are grazed on 160 acres of timber and grassland. We are fortunate to have a spring fed creek to provide a year round source of water and a few sandrock hills to climb on. Oklahoma weather is challenging. After researching various breeds, we chose the Kiko for us to start up a meat goat seedstock and commercial operation. We have not been disappointed!
