Wednesday, October 26, 2005. We have this "tie optional" policy at work. Guys used to have to wear them before Memorial Day after Labor Day, but now it's optional. Who would wear a tie when they don't have to? This one guy does for some reason- it bothers the hell out of me. I think it's also because he's short and cocky.
