http://booperton.blogspot.com/2009/11/entry-066-story.html
Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Usually when I'm chatting online with friends and I get bored I'll ask them to tell me a story, and to make it a good one. Stat. Usual responses include I had a ham sandwich today. I got no stories. But on this occasion, I actually got a good story from a very creative one Mark Hauge:. There was this girl. And she was named nimdy karp. And she really liked fishing for carp. So everyone at school called her the fish lady. And she usually smelled bad. She went to the fish market.

SydneySightLines: Schofields
http://sydneysightlinesblog.blogspot.com/2012/02/schofields.html
Sunday, February 5, 2012. Image from the National Library of Australia. Schofields is named after a thief and convict, who came good, bought land, supported eight children and a wife, went bankrupt, struck Californian gold, survived a shipwreck and settled down to run a saw mill along the railway line. At the moment, it’s a small village 40km north west of Sydney. And by small, I mean a few tumbledown shops and a handful of houses. What’s the interest in the Schofields? lisa holt inspired: Monique Péan's Jewelry with Purpose
http://www.lisaholtinspired.com/2011/07/monique-peans-jewelry-with-purpose.html
Friday, July 1, 2011. Monique Péan's Jewelry with Purpose. This is some seriously hot. These gorgeous wooly mammoth cuffs inlaid and carved are designed by Monique Péan. The eco-jewelry designer that is burning up the fashion press lately. Monique is becoming a favorite of the Washington elite, including Michelle Obama. I'm loving the mass, the scale and the sophisticated use of materials. This is wooly mammoth, recycled gold and conflict-free diamonds. And then, of course, there's her use of color!
