For your own safety and pleasure when doing yoga, please wear suitable, comfortable clothing and bare feet (but bring socks for relaxation). Bring with you the required equipment needed:. A non slip yoga mat, 2 foam blocks, 2 bricks, a tie or yoga belt, a woollen blanket (one with stripes will help alignment) and a bolster is also useful.
