Diary of a {Fabulous} Fit Chick. May 01, 2012. Hip alignments and PT. So when i first started physical therapy 2 weeks ago, they informed me that my right leg was desperatly in need of realignment :[. I have since gone to 3 2hour sessions, and i can already see/feel a difference! Although my hip is in some serious pain today (but she said thats normal)! So hopefully my alignment will get better, which will correct my running stride and make me a WAY faster/better runner! Run for a better tomorrow.

In high school i played field hockey and joined a local gym. But i never got back down to the original skinny girl bod. I was healthy, but not happy with my weight.
