Monday, August 03, 2015. Stew heads back to Hamilton today, so it's just me and the kids for the next couple of days. I've not got anything planned . the housework is totally up to date, and so. it could be a boring kinda day. I'm thinking of sitting down and planning a work out routine, now that all the exercise equipment is easy to reach in the garage. Maybe I shall even enjoy getting back into it? Ya never know eh? I have to do SOMETHING until this bloody house sells! I might be doing that from now on.

Friday, May 22, 2015. YEAH NAH, NOT GOING. Today I have decided to stay home. Lugging my sewing machine and paraphernalia in and out of me car/patchwork class just ain't gunna happen. Considering it was only 400g, i am not defeated yet! I have made a concious effort this week to eat more fruit and vegies. XLittle Miss Riss :). Sunday, July 27, 2008. I s the expression that came to mind when i hopped on the scales at WI yesterday. GOAL 1 - lose 10kg. GOAL 2 - get to a healthy BMI of 25. Both of which are great milestones and i was very happy with myself yesterday and i don't think it will wear off for a while! Not only did i have a loss but mum also lost 1.2kg! She is going along strong and if it keeps coming off it will definitely encourage her to keep going which is what she needs. Ell so here they are.

Tuesday, October 26, 2010. One Day at a Time. I went to ww tonight after missing 2 meetings due to family issues. I gained 700g which is nowhere near as bad as it could have been. I think I would have gained about 2 kgs if I didn't get my arse into gear late last week so I am pretty happy with that. Sunday, October 24, 2010.
