One of the biggest hurdles I face when starting a new project is the setup work of the project. It's the work that isn't related to the task you are trying to accomplish. Every year on September 11th the entire country relives the tragedy that struck the United States. Every year I sit and watch. Every year I relive the same feelings of emptiness and helpless that I felt that day. Even now writing this, it conjures great emotion and sadness. Centering absolutely positioned things. Recently I found that I needed a different way to center some elements that were absolutely positioned with in a div. I found an article on CSS Tricks. That allowed me to do just what I needed. I only need it centered horizontally. Play with this gist on SassMeister. Is where the goodies are. Updated Mustache templates not being sent from Apache. Templates hosted on a Vagrant. VM seems to inevitably cause issue with our development. When I change a template file the updated version never gets sent to the web browser. This can be very infuriating. After a lot of trials and tribulations of finding out what was happening and how to resolve this I thought it would be good to document it for others. Learn from my pain.
