Wednesday, February 20, 2013. 1/4 c finely shredded cheddar. 1/4 c finely shredded Parmesan (NOT grated). 1 lb lean ground beef. 1 T Worcestershire sauce. 1 Preheat grill to medium-high. 2 Combine cheese in small bowl. 3 In large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Separate the mixture into 8 patties of the same size. 4 Place 2 T of cheese into the middle of 4 patties, leaving 1/2" free from the edges. Top those 4 patties with the extra patties and press down edges to seal. 1 T soy sauce. Pork, main dish.
