Long time.summer in Norway and San Francisco got in the way. I'm back in the desert, but right now I'm having a holiday in Islamabad/Pakistan! Not the most likely place to go for a holiday is it? But as my husband works here, I just had to see the place where he has spent most of the 2 last years. The street where my husband lives. Typical, colorful truck.

Eating out Yangon style. 8220;Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”. A lot has been said about food, but the fact is we can't live without. And eating out in a good restaurant and a beautiful setting is actually one of life's pleasures. In Yangon there is actually quite a few good restaurants, not only good, but excellent! One of these is L'Opera. Cheers to good food!

Thursday, November 28, 2013. Att skicka en rymdmission till Mars är lätt i Indien men att få fram ett litet papper det är svårt det. På parlamentet säger det att våra papper till polisen gick 11 november, så Lars har ringt dagligen 100 samtal till dit. En gång svarade de, då hade de inte fått våra papper. Till slut beslöt vi oss att åka till polis kommissionen. Intressant! Denna pappershög vågade Lars ta kort på, den översta högen stod det 2008 på, så det var väl deras arkiv! Thursday, September 19, 2013. Onsdagen var en ledig dag och en del av tjejerna passade på att åka shoppa eller ta massage. De två Bintang tjejerna, jag och Sharon, som egentligen var vana med 5 stjärnig lyx, haha, drog till Amanusa. Där hade jag, Lars och Daniel bott för ca 15 år sen och det var som jag mindes det. Friday, January 31, 2014. På nyårsafton hade vi beställt en god tre rättersmiddag från Sofina och vi firade den hos morfar och Kerstin tillsammans med Ella och Lars. En riktigt mysig kväll blev det! Friday, May 24, 2013. I torsdag kom tjejerna till mig och drack kaffe. Jag hade haft en gastritattack på natten och var urtrött. Tappade bricka med koppar och glas som hamnade över hela köksgolvet.
