life as we know it: April 2010
http://danielkbooker.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Life as we know it. Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Trying to keep the blog from dying. So I am beginning to feel that our blog has become a little bit lame. Mostly because it isn't updated very often so now that we are finally settled in somewhere for the forseeable future, we'll try to be better at it. And just for fun, here's a picture of us from Easter (yes, that is North Park in the background). We were invited to join the Cisneros family for their celebration and had a great time. life as we know it: moving
http://danielkbooker.blogspot.com/2009/10/moving.html
Life as we know it. Monday, October 26, 2009. We won't be that far away and for those of you in Chicago, we are certainly up for coming back into the city to hang out. Who knows, maybe we will even come back. We'll see what happens. In the meantime, however, we will continue to wait and hope and trust God. Were familiar with your stage of transition and pray that even during this time that you continue to see god moving and blessing you! October 26, 2009 at 12:16 PM. November 15, 2009 at 8:17 AM.

life as we know it: update, finally!
http://danielkbooker.blogspot.com/2009/04/update-finally.html
Life as we know it. Tuesday, April 21, 2009. I am still working in Gurnee, I finished my nursing assistant class at the end of February and will be taking the state certification test in May. It was supposed to be April but there were some miscommunications and I got bumped. It is what it is, I suppose. Otherwise, we live and enjoy each day as it comes. You should definitely move to champaign! April 22, 2009 at 12:05 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Chicago, IL, United States. Notes on noah and ali.

life as we know it: January 2010
http://danielkbooker.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Life as we know it. Thursday, January 28, 2010. Gone with the Wind (. Tess of the D'urbervilles. Elizabeth Gaskell) are a few such books I have encountered in my life. Books that have made me think, made me laugh, made me swoon. Books that have changed the way I view the world and which I either have already read more than once or plan to read again. Theology, however, is one area in which my reading has left me feeling a bit incomplete. I recently finished reading. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

life as we know it: November 2008
http://danielkbooker.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Life as we know it. Monday, November 10, 2008. What the world needs now. We have, however, had time to experience some wonderful things. Dan and I went to see Over the Rhine and Martin Sexton in the same week. Both were wonderful! It is crazy that he is so talented! Of course, it probably helped that we were approximately 5 people-rows (we stood) back from the stage. What an experience! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Chicago, IL, United States. life as we know it: December 2008
http://danielkbooker.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Life as we know it. Monday, December 1, 2008. Back to work and classes today. The first surprise of the day came when I (annie) got up and discovered that on the day I overslept by half an hour, it would be necessary for me to leave at least 15 minutes earlier for work. Hooray for snow! I really do love it though. What a great way to usher in December. This past weekend was wonderful! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Chicago, IL, United States. View my complete profile. Life as we know it. Thursday, October 9, 2008. Take on me, take me on. This week’s journaling exercises flowed from me freely in ways that previous week’s did not. This is mostly because I feel on the verge. Life beckons and the protection that this place has offered is coming to a close. Vulnerability and anxiety are driving up the lane, preparing for their visit. I do not want to be hospitable. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Chicago, IL, United States. View my complete profile.
