Dobby's Dog's: May 2012
http://dobbysdogs.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Our fourth Blog, this time devoted not to Our Allotments and Beekeeping, Photography or to my Pagan writings, but to our Dogs, past, present and future! I am hoping it will be a place we can post pictures and updates of our next dog and provide a place of remembrance for those dogs who have brightened our lives in the past and are now running free at the Rainbow Bridge. Wednesday, 30 May 2012. Another typical Danie pose, taking all the sofa for nap time, methinks she is settling in well! We've also been ...

Gardeneering - Plots and Plans: September 2007
http://allyheebiejeebie.blogspot.com/2007_09_01_archive.html
Gardeneering - Plots and Plans. Tracking the progress of the garden and allotment. Sunday, September 23, 2007. Photos (in wrong order). I can't believe I have strawberries ripening now! The square foot bed (well, the 121 sq inch bed really) with kohlrabi, lettuce and spring cabbage. The "hedge" of leylandii behind the pond and the start of the chickenwire to cover the gaps. I'm sure the chickens will be right over that and into the precious brassicas. Borlotti beans. Gorgeous. They're purple and yellow!

The Dragons Den: I got the phone call..............
http://thedragonsden1.blogspot.com/2008/04/i-got-phone-call.html
The story of an allotment in East Yorkshire. Monday, 28 April 2008. I got the phone call. To say that my greenhouse will be delivered next Thursday, the 8th! Hubby and I are going to have a go at putting it up together. so it will have to be a kid free zone to save their delicate little ears from the expletives that will no doubt be flying around profusely! Last night we had the biggest thunderstorm I've seen in ages! It only lasted about half an hour and was gone as quickly as it arrived. Hope your grow...

The Dragons Den: February 2008
http://thedragonsden1.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
The story of an allotment in East Yorkshire. Friday, 22 February 2008. Well today we've had a mini heatwave! It reached the giddy heights of 12 degrees! Nothing to shout about normally but after the big freeze we've had lately, it hasn't got above freezing for days, it's very welcome! It's been too cold to do any digging at the Den. Mind you the cold has been replaced by a howling wind. the straw I put on some of the poorly looking plants to protect them has blown all over the garden! Let the work begin.

Grief Encounters...: Norfolk weekend - part one
http://grief-encounters.blogspot.com/2011/05/norfolk-weekend-part-one.html
Random Ramblings from a twisted mind. Monday, May 16, 2011. Norfolk weekend - part one. After a bit of discussion we (myself and a friend) decided to have a birdwatching weekend in norfolk. A bit of searching we hit on Blakeney as a base. A couple of more meetings over a curry and a few beers and we had an outline of what we fancied doing (Subject to changes of course) So here we go. Day One - the journey up. Early Purple Orchid at RSPB Titchwell. Anyway, back to the birding, having check in tea'd up and...
