Recording Bids - Auctria User Guide

As items are won or sold you can record that information in the system. For simplicity, we will often refer to any winning bid, sale or donation as a bid. There are three ways for bid information to be added to the system. As a registered user, you can record a bid via the Record Bid. For online auctions, bidders are able to place their own bids via the Auction Website (Old Style). You can import bids from an Excel sheet. There are a number of ways to get to the Record Bid. Tab and click Record Bid.

Sometimes it is necessary to collect Sales Tax. On items that you sell. Auctria can support the following features involved in collecting Sales Tax. Can be either inclusive and exclusive of the bid price. Is calculated in Exclusive. Mode, then it will be added on-top of the amount the bidder bids. Is calculated in Inclusive. Mode the Sales Tax. Is included in the total amount the bidder bids. Up to three different Sales Tax. Amounts can be tracked. Different items can be assigned to different Sales Tax.

This page will instruct you on how to create a website from the website manager page. If you do not currently have a website then the Website. Tab will show a Create Website. If you have an existing website, then you can create another one from the Advanced. Follow the steps and complete the set up. You will begin at the Introduction. Section and the wizard will guide you through the set up process. Once you've finished the process, you should see your new website listed in the website list.
