Its pretty simple after you make it one time. 1 can of refried beans. 1 cup of salsa divided. 1 can of black beans. 1 clove of garlic (minced). 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes. 7- 8 inch flour tortillias. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
