Monday, January 25, 2010. Cool trick I learnt;. When you have aching leg muscles, do some stretching and it'll get better! I mean, I just did 50 sit-ups, then stretched and reached my toes, and when I stood up again and tried to walk, I was amazed to see that it didn't hurt so much to walk anymore. :D.
