My sweet baby becomes more and more of a little girl every day and while I LOVE seeing her little personality emerge, I sure do miss those days. Monday, July 12, 2010. An unexpected turn of events! Well, I feel like this deserves a story, but I don't even know where to start. I will do my best though! I had gotten so used to the glaring one line on the tests that I wasn't sure how to react! Many emotions and thoughts went through my head, disbelief, excitement, relief, fear, you name it! I went to the doctor that day for a blood test and the levels were sky-high! Well, I got one of them! Once he realized it was the baby, he did not believe me!

Wednesday, January 19, 2011. Well, we are 5 days away from little Lyla's due date and still no baby! I think she decided it's too cold out here to come! As of yesterday, I was 1 cm dilated and 90% effaced. Dr also says she is very low. So we scheduled induction for the day after (Tues the 25th), but we're really hoping she decides to come before that! We are so ready to see her little face and for this dream to become reality! Please keep us in your prayers as we get close to her birthday :). 3 and a half.

I should post some "before" pictures, but just know that it was a very gross/ugly, carpeted, small oak vanitied bathroom. Tuesday, October 12, 2010. 25 weeks and PINK paint! Well, I had some pics, so I figured I'd update you all! Baby girl is definitely getting big, she is already kicking my ribs and I feel huge, but the nurse says I am measuring right on, so that's good news! I've been having some stomach issues over the last week or so. I've been to the doctor, but not quite sure if it's a bug or just stuff shifting! Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Time is flying and our sweet baby girl is getting fiestier by the day! For the last 2 days, she has not stopped flipping and poking and kicking! Her daddy and Aunt Krystal have been able to feel her move and we can already see her pushing around and making plenty of room to get really big. We can't wait! Sunday, December 19, 2010. Sorry for the lack of posts lately! We've been so busy trying to get everything ready for baby girl and for Christmas too! At this point, I can proudly say all of my Christmas shopping is done and wrapped, our hospital bags are mostly packed, Lyla's room is done, we are moved upstairs, and our bathroom is half renovated!
