After watching these two films a few times, I came the realization that Sylvester Stallone had basically taken the plot for Demolition Man and cast it into his new film, Judge Dredd. To my knowledge, no one else has made such an observation. Let's just see how similar they really are. People are divided between those living in the normal peaceful world, and those in the sewers. People are either inside the walls of Mega Cities or outcast in the Cursed Earth.
