Wednesday, October 17, 2007. Day 12 Part Deux. So, I made it in to Sterling. The Sterling Inn, very convenient, but the smallest room I have ever seen. The full sized bed, then just enough room for my bike then the wall, maybe 5 feet wide. Here is downtown Sterling. Some nice old architecture mixed up with some semi abandoned buildings. Tuesday, October 16, 2007. Probably the slowest 52 miles I ever did. Kinda felt like a mope today. The wind did turn around too. Probably yesterday's cold weather caught up with me (it was about 46 most of the day - however, nice transition weather for Chicago). So, just in case you did not pick up the theme so far, here is the cyclists motto:. Well, I live by it anyhow. Newton was nice, though did not see too much. Napped and ate and got ready for game 4. Wahooo again, Tribe up 3-1. It's up to CC now.
