Tuesday, 19 April 2011. Often we find ourselves reaching at a crossroad in life. Deep in our hearts we do not wish to encounter a situation whereby we need to make a choice. Why? Thenmaking choices come into place.Should we turn right, left, move forward or even attempt a u-turn? Sometimes I do think that friends are the best partners in life. Why I say so? They often give the best advice and although we often agree and yet at the same time unable to put them into practice, they do not forsake us.

Wednesday, 20 April 2011. I felt lost. I felt daze. Again I was given an answer I do not want to hear though expected. I have been feeling very anxious these days when weekend approaches. I told myself to get use to it. Afterall, it has been months. I am in a situation whereby I am told that ." Although you can still have your favourite main course,.you can have it only once a month." All of a sudden, I felt that life is full of uncertainties. I started to ponder. Do I have a choice? Am I doing enough?

Wednesday, 20 April 2011. I always remember Leslie Sansone, the Walk Leader who says in one of her walking sessions." It hurts to be out of shape and it is expensive to be out of shape.". As for me today, I chose Leslie Sansone Walking Sessions.4 Fast Miles. Might be a total stranger to many here.
