My musings on life. So the class had about 15 people? Heard that’s a pretty big group already, so we got split into 2 halfway thru. The instructor started off by teaching us how to do a proper crossfit squat. Your knees aren’t in line with your bum, your bum had to go all the way down; nearly touching your ankles/heels.
