It is a specially formed garden of four acres where trees and bushes which Hippocrates used for medical treatments are grown. Parnonas, at an altitude of approximately 800 metres, stretches the densely wooded forest of Kremasti, situated close to the village with the same name. This fir forest is home of the Black fir , which grows only in North eastern Laconia and Kefalonia.
