http://erdkinder.blogspot.com/2011/11/tarragon-chicken-salad-starbucks-style.html
Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Tarragon Chicken Salad - Starbucks Style. At 575 the Tarragon Chicken Salad sandwich at Starbucks is a little spendy but is still one of my favourites. So I wondered if I could make a sandwich that would be close to the same. Here is my version:. 1 lg can chicken breast chunks (I used Costco's). 2 - 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise ( I use reduced fat made with Olive oil). 1/2 stalk of celery. 1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning. Dash of Salt to season. 1/4 Mrs. Dash. 1 can of whole jellied cranberries.

Tuesday, June 19, 2012. Tuesday Garden Party - Earth tainer. I was going to feature my container flowers, but upon seeing how well my daughter-in-laws tomatoes plants are doing in her Earthtainer this year I was motivated to share. My son made it last year and it grew the biggest tomato plants on the property with tomatoes hanging on till frost. Here is her Earth Tainer. Close up of the healthy plants. This is a picture of Ray Newstead's container garden. Courtesy of slate.com. What is an EarthTainer?

Erdkinder: Winter Wednesday - Week 8 Birds
http://erdkinder.blogspot.com/2009/03/winter-wednesday-week-8-birds.html
Monday, March 2, 2009. Winter Wednesday - Week 8 Birds. This week the challenge was to set out a bird feeder and observe the Winter birds that came. While it has primarily been visited by Starling, Field Sparrows and White crested Sparrows. I have glimpsed Quail, Mallards as well as a Robin. The Robin was not feeding out of the feeder of course, but it was eating worms and whatever other bugs it could find close to the feeder. A very handsome Male Quail. In a good year a female will lay 2 clutches of eggs.
