Mylee and Ester Baby: November 2012
http://jellybeansgalore.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 11, 2012. Mid-September after Jacob was born, Dave took the girls to a Daddy Daughter dance. It was super fun getting them all glamorous! Ester's favorite item of the night was eating a plate full of pasta. She got a little stage fright when it came to actually dancing but Dave managed to throw a private dance party out in the hall ;). Posted by The Stephanator. Thursday, November 8, 2012. A quick snippet from our trip to San Diego in July. We enjoyed lots of pool time! Running through t...

Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Blackberries at Oak Creek. Oak Creek is only 20 minutes away and it is my new favorite place! They have paved trails, which is perfect for my girls and wild blackberry bushes! They even have apple trees! We brought home a couple gallons of berries and I've tested out a couple cobbler recipes. Yummy! Oh and I can't forget the creek! Very fun and refreshing! I'm thinking next time we could bring food and make a picnic out of it! I love the mountains. Posted by The Stephanator.

San Diego, Bloomfield, Mesa, Faywood, Greer and Durango! That's like 4 different states! Anyway our latest excursion was Durango, Colorado and we enjoyed the beautiful mountains and fun shops downtown. We had lunch and relaxed by the river. Really want to bring a raft next time, so we can float and get wet! La Casa de Sweets.

Elevated home cooking on a budget. Cooking on a budget. Recipe: Spicy black bean soup. June 2, 2015. We’ve been having a strangely un-seasonal weather here in Massachusetts; just a week ago it was 90 degrees, but last night I had to use an extra blanket on my bed because it was so cold! We got some much-needed rain, though, which is good especially for all the farmers in the area. Speaking of… Continue reading Recipe: Spicy black bean soup. Recipe: Vegan pesto kale salad. Elevated home cooking on a budget. Cooking on a budget. I intend for this blog to be explicitly body positive; that is, I believe all bodies are inherently good, regardless of weight, gender, differing abilities, race, sexual identity, class, etc. I’m not going to tell you how to diet, or which fad you should be following. The truth is that dieting doesn’t work. Rather, I’m going to share recipes that taste and make me feel good – mentally, physically, and emotionally. Maybe there’s something stand...

eating rosily
Welcome to eating rosily! Veggie, rosily, delicious. Welcome to eating rosily, a food and baking blog. But as my blog developed and I became increasingly confident in the kitchen, I began sharing my culinary secret with my friends, and now I am the butt of all their jokes because I absolutely never throw a dinner party without arranging photographing all the dishes first. My friends are kind enough not to complain about the cold food! So please, feel free to explore the blog! Low Carb Thai Noodle Salad.

Rosily (adverb): in a rosy manner; bright, cheerfully or optimistically. August 13, 2015. Mexican food has always been my favourite- I grew up eating black bean burritos and shoving salsa laden tortillas into my mouth. Luckily, for us and the rest of the UK population, black beans are more a thing in this country now. You can find them in a can or carton in nearly every supermarket, accompanied by salsa, tortillas and all the other ingredients you might need to make your own Mexican feast. Heat a splash ...

Eating Rural
Wednesday, January 8, 2014. Did Poverty Make You Uncomfortable Today? It is finally raining, and I am so thankful to be spending the winter in a location where I don’t have to wade through snow! I am glad I had the experience of living in the far-out mountains, watching my feet for rattlesnakes and eating antelope steaks, but I am also glad to be living somewhere else now. What I realize I am thankful for most of all, however, is what rural living taught me about poverty. Tuesday, October 8, 2013. My hop...
