My trip to the ironman. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. The problem was I was knackered! I felt like falling asleep while running and the sweat was poring off me. I didn't swim tonight either, just too tired. I went to see the A-Team instead. Great movie and now off to bed. We also treated ourselves tonight to the chippy! Fish and Chips and Bangers British style and a bit of cadbury's chocolate afterwards at GB Fish and Chips. Chances of losing weight this week? No more 11pm games! Tuesday, June 29, 2010.

My trip to the ironman. Thursday, December 2, 2010. Well I did it! Each part had its own challenges that were out of the ordinary but its done. I am now feeling good about the whole thing. For a while there I didn't want to think, look or try anything related to Ironman (even the final blog). So how did it go? Overall I am very happy with my time. The chicken finger sub is by far the most popular! Saturday, October 23, 2010. 1 clove of garlic. 1 tspn of cumin. 1 can of chick peas. Boil potatoes and carrots together. In a large frying pan, brown the onions with the oil, then add the garlic, coriander and cumin. Allow to simmer for 10 -15 mins. Other blogs we read.

Use rolling pin to thin out dough just a bit, not too much Spread a layer of cream cheese on the dough and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Friday, October 24, 2008. 2¼ cups sugar. 1¼ cups oil (or oil substitute). 1 tsp baking soda. 4 cups apples (peeled 1 tsp salt and diced). 1 cup chopped walnuts or almonds. Mix 2 cups sugar, oil, and eggs. In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
