Eat Run Quilt: January 2010
http://eatrunquilt.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
My journey to eat better, exercise more and quilt. Saturday, January 23, 2010. Here a quilt, there a quilt, everywhere a quilt, quilt. Today I started making the 7 12 1/2 inch purple quilt blocks for the quilt exchange I'm participating in. The fabric choice and pattern. I did a test drive with the pattern and I think it turned out pretty good. It did indeed end up 12 1/2 inches square. I haven't squared it up yet but I will. This is a coin quilt I started and I still have one more border to go on. Now, ...

My journey to eat better, exercise more and quilt. Saturday, April 3, 2010. The last couple months have been lots of fun here. I had my basement finished. I have tons of picutres, so I will let the pictures tell the story. My basement is now my exercise room and my sewing room. I don't have any excuses now not to stay fit and create beautiful quilts. I actually have a bunch of pictures of some quilt squares I am working on but I'll save that for my next post. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

One year of random activity with the goal of 32point5. Saturday, August 29, 2009. Just a quick post to show off our new garage doors. Below are the awful doors we had. And these are the brand new doors. I love them so much! The new doors are so quiet when they go up and down. Only minor downfall is the lack of daylight since we chose to not have windows. Arrange the purchase and installation. Great Guys, excellent quality product and I would recommend them to anyone in an instant! Gym in Oshawa with.

My lovely Big-Man reminded me the other day that I have a blog but have neglected to update it for a while. I thought I would give a quick post and update you on at least 10 things that have happened in between. As per below picture, the Christmas tree is up. I had jury duty two Monday's in a row, sadly was not picked. Made and mailed out my Christmas cards last week.

Ellie Pell: Vegan Athlete. VEGAN FOOD [Product Reviews]. My Favorite Cheese Sauce. January 9, 2017. When I went vegan, I really didn’t miss cheese that much. Mis)adventures in food, exercise and motherhood. Friday morning contemplation: health. March 15, 2014. This morning I am thankful for health. The last few weeks have been rough around here filled with teething (for Will), a nasty stomach bug that kept Will (and us) up all night throwing up and dry heaving (I felt so helpless and so heartbroken watching my little man so scared and uncomfortable), that stomach bug was then passed on to me while at the same time we were all. Eat. Run. Pray
Eat Run. Pray. Tuesday, November 12, 2013. Every runner is on a journey and has a story to tell. My story is not the best and it is not even the worst, but it is my own. You see my journey is so much more than running. It’s the combination of physical, mental, and spiritual growth that has developed within me over the past year while running on faith. It was four years ago when God revealed himself to me in the midst of one of the hardest times of my life. What could I have done differently? I think in o...

Shine bright like a Runlight.
