Wednesday, October 3, 2012. I am currently on the job hunt, so my desire to paint has diminished but my desire to draw has skyrocketed! Probably since drawing is much faster, and a quicker pay off. Here are a bunch of drawings! Also, here is another cloud drawing! This makes four at them moment, and the next one i want to make will be a diptych. Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Where have I been? So some where amidst holidays, work, and my other blogs I had lost track of this blog. I am fine. I have been working on fun and and not-as-fun-but-pays projects, looking for a new job, working on my portfolio and PLANNING OUR WEDDING! Yes, Greta and I are getting married this summer here in New York and we are so excited! It has been an exhausting few weeks scrambling to find an affordable venue but we have one at last! But enough about me!

Wednesday, September 26, 2012. How is everybody doing? I've missed posting the past two weeks but i have been busy, plus I have a lot of works still in progress and not quite ready to show. Last week I had done some more pitch work for a food truck, in which I got to draw Spartans. Spartans and food trucks have nothing in common but that doesn't really matter in the food truck world, plus drawing Spartans is a ton of fun. And of course here is some sketchbook work. More to come soon!

Saturday, September 1, 2012. So as summer comes to close, work tends to pick up pretty seriously. I just spent the past two days drawing dozens of gnomes. Yes, gnomes. I may post some of them later but I'm really not sure. The explanation - it was for my brothers ad agency for a pitch they are doing. Fun project though. any who, here are some other things. Thursday, August 23, 2012. I just got the new Andrew Hem book, Dreams Towards Reality, and it is amazing. Hem is definitely one of my favorite current artists, a constant source of inspiration for me. If you get the chance you should check it out. I'll be making a short write up of it on my art collective site, Flying Fortress. I've been making a lot of headway on the children's book I am illustrating, here two piece is their final stages, though not quiet finished. Love the princess drawings!
