Mindfulness in the Woods. I didn’t know what to expect but it was brilliant. The course has been amazing. My mental health, especially my anxiety has really improved. DM. It has taken me back to a childhood memory of playing in the woods, which I loved and felt most free. MT. I like to get out and enjoy the woods. Jun 4, 2016. Here are the latest antics of the baby badgers we are watching…. We’re going to be keeping an eye on this family of badgers over the coming months, so watch out for updates. So far there seem to be 5 young and no adults in the sett. They are very playful with their siblings and also busy foraging from dusk and through to the small hours.
