Steven and Michael's Travels. Saturday, May 18, 2013. We left Uluwatu at about 11:00AM Saturday morning for a short drive to our final stop in Bali - Jimbaran. Here we rented a private villa with pool at Gending Kedis Luxury Villas and Spa - a deal we saw on Groupon Malaysia. What can I say - WOW! So cheap and good! Our plans for our last day included breakfast catered at the villa, a drive into Kuta for a massage at COZY (we don't have a booking so hopefully we can get in! Michael on our motorbike.

We settled in and then headed to town - about a 15 minute walk to the main street - but we are lazy so we drive - besides - it's too freaking HOT! A nice drag - many restaurants, shops, large grocery store up the road - nice place. I understand this was the first coastal town on the peninsula (perhaps the west coast - not too sure). Tuesday, June 01, 2010. Anyone remember what film. Is and what it is used for (and how it can hang around in a camera for awhile before being developed)? Remember what it was like to get a roll developed, having totally forgotten what photos you'd taken? Remember the anticipation of opening the envelope after a week or so (or in my case, many years)? You totally miss all that excitement with DSLRs! Love the picture of Rosiland. I wonder how she is doing. Hope you are well!

Steven and Michael's Travels. Wednesday, June 4, 2014. Well I thought I'D DO A QUICK update as our internet connection at the villa is a bit slow. We arrived in Rome on the 31st and to our surprise had our luggagd off the plane even before we got to the carousel! I've heard it could take upwards to an hour and a halc but not this time.
